Founded in 1985, the Ecole de Parachutisme de Château d'Oex (EPCO) is one of Switzerland's professional skydiving schools and, since 1995, has been based at the Aérodrome de la Gruyère in Epagny, near the medieval town of Gruyères. Recognised by Swiss Skydive and a USPA foreign group member, it offers tandem jumps from 4,000 m and AFF training, and shares the field with the Para-Club de la Gruyère.
